Pedagogical meeting minutes

On the twenty-second Thursday of October in the year two thousand and twenty in the morning, an expanded pedagogical meeting was held at 8:30 in the lectures hall of the Faculty of Law, in the presence of the deans, directors and pedagogical representatives, as well as the responsible CPND of faculties and institutes, directors of university services for the north and South Poles, the university doctor and university security officials in the poles, and so on. Student representatives, in order to study the following agenda:

– Adjust the study program for the university year 2020/2021.

– Read in decision N° 751 of October 14, 2020.

Adjust the study program for the university year 2020/2021:

The session opened with the welcoming speech of the Vice-rector in charge of higher education in the first and second stages, continuous education, certificates and higher education in graduation, where he thanked the attendees for responding to the invitation and noted that the meeting is crucial for the university year 2020/2021 and presented the ministry’s suggestions about study scenarios for the university year 2020/2021 in order to discuss them, and he also mentioned that the attendance lessons are limited to the basic and methodological units courses for one hour per class in addition to the necessity and importance of distance teaching, as for the exploratory and horizontal units courses, they remain according to the capabilities of the faculties and institutes to teach them in attendance, even for some lessons and the rest from a distance.

The majority agreed on the implementation of the second scenario, which organizes the study in three phases according to the model that was presented and discussed. The discussion focused on the first year being in the second phase as announced in the proposed model with a focus on preventive and health measures and educating students to conduct a medical examination. Among the level of health services of the university, especially first-year students.

The discussion was opened regarding the decision in its various articles, especially Article No. 06 in its difference between the Arabic and French versions [we can await a decision on the part of the ministry], and the attendees pointed out to the problems of arranging at the level of specializations, which must work in the divisions that contain a group of specialties and the progres should be opened for candidates for Master 1 of the current year, and it was also agreed to adjust the arithmetic average of the rankings for students BAC + 4 and BAC + 5.

With regard to the directing committee, the request was made to complete the decisions of the directing and arrangement committee signed by the deans and directors and sent to the University vice roctorat for Pedagogy as soon as possible, i.e. before the start of the preparatory activities for the new university year.

Read in decidion N° 633 of August 26, 2020:

After the discussion was opened and the problem of exclusions was raised for the absent students in the first semester, it was recalled that the decision concerns the entire university year and therefore the attendees unanimously agreed on the need to address the pending issues by not working with exclusion for all students concerned in the first semester, provided that they passed the exams.

After that, the Vice rectort of the University for Pedagogy gave the number of new successful baccalaureates in the state of M’sila, which are estimated to be 7163, and that the registration is to be done via the line, and the registration rights will also be via mail.
