Minutes of Concertation and Coordination Council Meeting N° 152

On Wednesday, June 29, 2022, the CCC meeting No 152 was held, at 14h00, in “Abdelmadjid Allahoum” auditorium, under the chairmanship of the Rector of the University, Pr. Kamel Badari, in the presence of:

The meeting was opened by the Rector of the University of M’sila, Prof. Kamel Badari, after welcoming all the audience. The meeting adopted the following agenda

1/-  Pedagogical Situation

During this week, make-up exams are finished in all the faculties and institutes almost. Preliminary reports are published and contestation request are available now, whereas, the deliberation process is ongoing  on Progress platform.

Also:

  • Deposit and assessment of dissertations.
  • Dissertations defense in the faculties and institutes
  • Evaluation of success rate in common cores.
  • Disciplinary councils in the faculties.
  • Graduation ceremony
  • Availability of diploma pending final deliberations.

02/- 5 Star Students :

In this regard, 5 Star Students in the faculty of economics, commercial science and management were honored :

Bakai Wael:  Student of handicap category, who gained rank 3 in Master.

03/- Digital Platform of electronic acquittal :

In this regard, according to the manager of the central library, Harizi, Amar, the process is ongoing, and Master 02 students started the acquittal process.

04/ Digital marketing:

The state of the external links of the university are presented this week, according to each faculty and institute. As well as, the university status among Google Scholar ranking was discussed.

05/ Progress:

According to the manager of this platform at the university, the deliberations process is still ongoing in the faculties and institutes.

08/ Miscellaneous :

  • Discussion and preservation of green spaces situation at university, drawing up a program by the faculties and institutes. Other teams will assume the irrigation during the summer.
  • Summer holdays schedule
  • Discussion of end-year activities.
  • End-year ceremony, scheduled on July 13, 2022
