Developing and implementing training plans, improving the level and updating the information of administrative, technical and service staff of the university.<br>\n 3.   Ensuring the management of the university's user population while ensuring a consistent distribution between faculties, institutes and annexes.<br>\n4. Coordination of the preparation and implementation of human resources management plans for the university.<br><br>\n<b> And includes the following interests :<br><\/b>\n1.
