It is the mainstay of all planning and the nerve center of all development, as it is through it that development plans are put on a sound and solid basis.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:509\">From this standpoint, Mohamed Boudiaf University in M&#8217;sila seeks to strengthen the relationship between it and the development sectors. This requires activating the movement of university scientific research, by directing it to serve the community and the national economy, by exploiting the results of research to develop knowledge in vital areas such as production and industry and supporting new innovative ideas.
