M&#8217;sila was created within the framework of the partnership and cooperation agreement between the university and the Algerian National Institute of Industrial Property signed on Tuesday, June 25, 2019.<\/p><p>This partnership specifies the terms and conditions for the establishment of the center in order to ensure services that meet the needs of users from professors, researchers, and students in the field of information technology while ensuring the protection of their intellectual and industrial property.<\/p><p><strong>Ceremonies for signing the agreement to establish the center:<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The inauguration of the Centre is part of the opening of the University of M&#8217;Sila to its economic and social environment. The Centre&#8217;s office has been allocated to the headquarters of the Business Incubator.
