Dear Professors, We remind you that the proposed international scientific events for 2026 are subject to the conditions set forth in the appendix attached to the correspondence of the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research No. 595\/A.E.\/2025 dated May 19, 2025 (copy attached).<\/p>\n
Therefore, you are kindly requested to:<\/p>\n
Inform the heads of international scientific events of the necessity of adhering to the contents of the correspondence.<\/p>\n
Send the file requested by the faculty administration to the Vice-Directorate of External Relations – Office of Scientific Events (Office No. 27).<\/p>\n
For the 2026 international scientific events:<\/p>\n
Two (02) copies of the scientific event organization form (attached).<\/p>\n
An extract from the minutes of the faculty’s scientific council.<\/p>\n
Preamble to the event in Arabic and English.<\/p>\n
By October 15, 2025.<\/p>\n
After receiving complete applications, the administration will forward them to the relevant thematic research agencies (files that do not meet the requirements specified in the above-mentioned correspondence will not be forwarded).<\/p>\n
For the 2026 National Scientific Events:<\/p>\n
Submit the following file:<\/p>\n
One (01) copy of the scientific event organization form (attached)<\/p>\n
An extract from the minutes of the faculty’s scientific council.
\nThe preamble to the event in Arabic and English.<\/p>\n
By November 15, 2025.<\/p>\n
