We are pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a call for applications for the Russian Government Scholarship for the academic year 2026-2027.<\/p>\n
For clarification, this program is available exclusively to students enrolled in the final year of a Master’s (M2) or Engineering (I5) degree who wish to pursue doctoral studies in Russia.<\/p>\n
We kindly request that you nominate a maximum of two (2) outstanding candidates in each of the following research specializations:<\/p>\n
