To all students of the institute and those wishing to obtain a Social Security Number, please be informed that you must submit the following documents:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Birth certificate<\/li>\n
  2. Canceled postal check<\/li>\n
  3. Certified copy of the ID card (The ID card, not any other document)<\/li>\n
  4. Certified copy of the school certificate with your personal phone number and current address written on the side<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The documents should be scanned and sent to the following email address: assurancestaps@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Note<\/strong>: Students are advised to regularly check their email, as the request for the Social Security Number will be sent to their email within a period of 1 day to 1 week.<\/p>\n
