We are pleased to announce that applications are now open for doctoral scholarships in Russia for the 2026-2027 academic year.<\/p>\n
This program is designed for students enrolled in their second year of a Master’s program (M2) and those enrolled in the fifth cycle of engineering studies (I5) who wish to pursue doctoral studies in Russia.<\/p>\n
Required specializations:<\/p>\n
1. Quantum Informatics (Mathematics, Computer Science)<\/p>\n
2. Quantum Physics<\/p>\n
3. Artificial Intelligence<\/p>\n
4. Cybersecurity<\/p>\n
5. Nanotechnology<\/p>\n
6. Autonomous Systems<\/p>\n
Required documents:<\/p>\n
1. Application form (available at the faculty)<\/p>\n
2. Copy of high school diploma transcript<\/p>\n
3. Registration\/re-registration certificates for all five years of university study<\/p>\n
4. Transcripts for the first four years of study<\/p>\n
* (L1\/I1, L2\/I2, L3\/I3, M1\/I4 for universities and university centers)<\/p>\n
* Or (CP1, CP2, 1ASC, 2ASC for higher schools)<\/p>\n
5. Certificate of the candidate’s ranking within their cohort (signed by the Dean of the Faculty, the Vice-Rector for Pedagogy, or the Vice-Rector for Postgraduate Studies)<\/p>\n
6. Certificate of the student’s “star” grade (form available at the faculty level)<\/p>\n
Note: All those who meet the application requirements should submit their applications to their respective faculty department.<\/p>\n
Date and Location for Submitting Applications:<\/p>\n
Complete applications must be submitted to the Vice-Rectorate for External Relations no later than Monday, November 10, 2025.<\/p>\n
