Only two students will then be selected to represent our institution.<\/p><p data-start=\"730\" data-end=\"782\"><strong data-start=\"730\" data-end=\"782\">The application file must include the following:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"1380\"><li data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"817\"><p data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"817\">Preliminary admission letter.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"818\" data-end=\"861\"><p data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"861\">A copy of the Baccalaureate transcript.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"862\" data-end=\"955\"><p data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"955\">Certificates of enrollment\/re-enrollment for the five years of the university curriculum.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"1122\"><p data-start=\"958\" data-end=\"1122\">Transcripts of the first four years of study<br data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1005\" \/>(L1\/I1, L2\/I2, L3\/I3, M1\/I4 for universities and university centers, or CP1, CP2, 1ASC, 2ASC for higher schools).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1123\" data-end=\"1236\"><p data-start=\"1125\" data-end=\"1236\">Ranking certificate for the candidate (for the graduating cohort), issued by the faculty (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.univ-msila.dz\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Attestation_Major.odt\">template<\/a>).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1336\"><p data-start=\"1239\" data-end=\"1336\">Student star-rating certificate (<em data-start=\"1272\" data-end=\"1290\">nombre d\u2019\u00e9toiles<\/em>) issued by the faculty (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.univ-msila.dz\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Attestation-Etudiant-X-etoiles.odt\">template<\/a>).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1380\"><p data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1380\">English language proficiency certificate.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1515\">The deadline for submitting complete applications is <strong data-start=\"1435\" data-end=\"1455\">January 20, 2026<\/strong>, to the following email address:\u00a0 <strong data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1515\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1491\" data-end=\"1513\">vr.relex@univ-msila.dz<\/a><\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1593\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600\" href=\"https:\/\/www.univ-msila.dz\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/\u0645\u0646\u062d\u0629-\u0627\u0644\u0635\u064a\u0646-1-1.pdf\"><strong data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1593\" data-is-last-node=\"\">Registration Instructions for the Chinese Government Scholarship Program<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p><\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces that it has received an offer from the Chinese government to provide study seats for Algerian students wishing to pursue doctoral studies (PhD) at Chinese universities for the academic year 2026\/2027. &hellip;
