It highlights the role of personality traits such as<br \/>\ninternal locus of control, risk tolerance, emotional intelligence, and the need for achievement<br \/>\nas critical factors in entrepreneurial success. Additionally, it addresses key psychological<br \/>\nchallenges like fear of failure, risk aversion, and resistance to change, while proposing<br \/>\npractical strategies to overcome them through the integration of positive psychology into<br \/>\neducational curricula. The study also reveals the latest trends in entrepreneurial education,<br \/>\nsuch as project-based learning, the use of digital technologies, and partnerships with the<br \/>\nindustrial sector. It emphasizes the importance of considering individual differences and the<br \/>\nlearning environment when designing programs.
