Today, Wednesday\u00a0 to 07\/01\/2026<\/strong>, at the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities in M\u2019sila<\/strong>, the student Dean Shoaib<\/strong> defended his Doctor of Science (PhD) thesis<\/strong>, entitled:<\/p>

\u201cSome Elements of Organizational Culture and Their Relationship with the Level of Occupational Stress and Job Satisfaction among Employees in Sports Institutions \u2013 A Field Study of Administrative Staff at the Directorate of Youth and Sports and Some Sports Complexes in the Provinces of Adrar and B\u00e9char.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>

The defense was conducted before the examination committee composed of:<\/p>
