This scientific event was organized under the honorary patronage of the Rector of Djelfa University, under the supervision of the Director of the Center, and in partnership with the Directorate of Agricultural Services of Djelfa Province. The meeting brought together a distinguished group of researcher-academics from Djelfa University, M\u2019sila University, the National Higher School of Agronomy of El Harrach, University of Algiers 1, and Mostaganem University.<\/p>

The study day was marked by valuable scientific presentations addressing the various themes of the event, focusing on ways to develop agriculture and strategic crops and to strengthen food security, while highlighting the role of environmental governance, digital transformation, and green financing mechanisms in promoting the rational use of natural resources.<\/p>

The sessions also featured constructive scientific discussions among academics, researchers, and stakeholders, leading to the formulation of a set of practical recommendations that will be submitted to the relevant authorities to support future sectoral policy development.<\/p>

The study day concluded with the distribution of participation certificates to the contributing faculty members, in an academic atmosphere reflecting the importance of cooperation between universities and sectoral institutions in supporting scientific research and advancing sustainable development issues.<\/p>
