As part of the implementation of the largest national campaign to raise awareness and register students in the \u201cStudent-Startup,\u201d \u201cStudent-Patent,\u201d and \u201cStudent-Micro-Enterprise\u201d tracks, running from February 7 to 20, 2026, the National Coordinating Committee for Monitoring Innovation, University Entrepreneurship, and Interfacilities is providing universities with the practical guide for the Guidance Unit.<\/p>\n
This guide transforms Ministerial Decree 1275 from a legal text into a practical plan within lecture halls and faculties.<\/p>\n
The Guidance Unit is the operations room within each university.<\/p>\n
It consists of:<\/p>\n
The Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs.<\/p>\n
Directors of University Interfacilities.<\/p>\n
A representative of the economic partner.<\/p>\n
Heads of Departments.<\/p>\n
Student entrepreneurs (success stories).<\/p>\n
Scientific clubs.<\/p>\n
Student organizations.<\/p>\n
Its tasks:<\/p>\n
Going to the lecture halls<\/p>\n
Explaining the opportunities offered by Resolution 1275<\/p>\n
Motivating students<\/p>\n
Assisting them with immediate registration<\/p>\n
Campaign slogan: \u201cInstead of a memo\u2026 Start your company\u201d<\/p>\n
Success is measured by the number of registered students, not the number of meetings.<\/p>\n
This campaign represents a strategic shift in the role of the Algerian university: from a university of degrees<\/p>\n
