As part of the continuous research momentum witnessed by the Department of Chemistry<\/strong> at the Faculty of Sciences<\/strong><\/a> of M\u2019Sila University<\/strong>, a field evaluation visit was conducted on Saturday, February 15, 2026, to a thematic research project in the field of green hydrogen<\/strong>. The project focuses on the design of a green battery<\/strong> intended for use as a power source for mobile phones, in line with national and international orientations toward renewable energy<\/strong> and sustainable development<\/strong>.<\/p>

The visit was carried out by Professor Karim Fatah<\/strong>, an expert at the Thematic Agency for Technical and Technological Research (ATRST<\/a>), who closely examined the scientific and experimental aspects of this innovative project. The initiative represents a model of applied research based on green technological innovation and the integration of academic knowledge with societal needs.<\/p>

This high-quality research project is supervised by Professor Ahmed Behloul<\/strong>, a specialist in applied chemistry and sustainable processes. The expert was welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty of Sciences, Professor Rabah Bounar<\/strong>, accompanied by the Head of the Department of Chemistry, Dr. Abdelhakim Kheniche<\/strong>, as well as members of the research team, at the Dean\u2019s office.<\/p>

The visit also included the Laboratory of Therapeutic Organic Materials and Sustainable Processes, where the progress of the scientific and experimental work was presented. The expert expressed strong appreciation for the preliminary results obtained, praising the scientific and technical level of the laboratory, and emphasizing the strategic importance of this work in supporting applied scientific research<\/strong> and promoting green innovation<\/strong> related to the energy transition.<\/p>

This thematic research project highlights the central role played by the Department of Chemistry at M\u2019Sila University in developing sustainable scientific solutions through multidisciplinary approaches that combine chemistry, renewable energy, and clean technologies. It also reflects the university\u2019s commitment to enhancing research with tangible environmental and economic impact, and to improving the transferability of research outcomes into practical applications.<\/p>
