Following the instructions of the supervising ministry and in implementation of the recommendations of the University Rector, Professor Ammar Boudlaa, regarding consultations with the university’s social partners to discuss Decision 345 dated March 9, 2026, concerning short-term mobility abroad, a meeting was held this evening, March 25, 2026, between the Director of the Institute, Professor Ali Rejjam, his Deputy for Research, Dr. Hadj Hafsi Lahcen, and representatives of SNAPAP, CNES, and SNAPES, as well as university professors and staff. All present commended the efforts made by the university’s administrative staff and all partners and stakeholders at the faculties and institutes levels, as well as their awareness and commitment to the state’s policy aimed at promoting and developing the university community’s English language skills while preserving the rights of professors and staff to benefit from short-term training opportunities abroad.<\/p>\n
