Applications must be submitted by June 30, 2026, by sending the complete application file to the following email address: admissions@khazar.org<\/p>\n<p>Registration is done through the online platform via the following link, by clicking the &#8220;Apply&#8221; button:<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/international.khazar.org\/en\/page\/master<\/p>\n<p>Scholarship 2:<\/p>\n<p>This scholarship is based on merit and is open to all students.
