Please be advised that all professors, staff, and technicians applying for various types of internships for the 2026 fiscal year, and who have been approved based on available funding and are listed in the attached lists, are as follows:<\/p>\n
Professors benefiting from short-term internships, listed from 1 to 23 (including the Director of the Institute, the Head of the Scientific Council, and the University’s Media Officer, who are represented at the University Presidency level). The remaining candidates are on the reserve list.<\/p>\n
Professors benefiting from English language proficiency internships, listed from 1 to 3; The beneficiaries of the short-term internship are listed from 1 to 6, and the remainder are on the reserve list.<\/p>\n
For the first list, the deadline for submitting internship applications to the Institute’s External Relations Department is Thursday, October 22, 2026. After this date, those concerned will be considered to have withdrawn from the internship, thus allowing the Vice-Director of the Institute to proceed to the reserve list.<\/p>\n
In order to initiate the administrative and financial procedures according to the arrangements adopted for this fiscal year 2026, those concerned, listed below, must provide us with the following by Thursday, June 4, 2026:<\/p>\n
A signed written request specifying the final destination of the internship, confirming or changing the destination, which cannot be reversed under any circumstances. A signed written declaration of commitment to return the prepaid financial amounts related to the internship grant and the travel ticket price (reference prices attached to this announcement) in the event of being unable to carry out the internship under any circumstances, noting that this benefit will be taken into account administratively for him\/her in the future evaluation process of the internship.
