Attention all final-year students in all disciplines: The submission of graduation theses is handled by the library and must follow these steps:<\/p>\n

First: Student’s Role:<\/p>\n

1. Address any concerns raised by the examination committee.<\/p>\n

2. Submit the corrected thesis to the supervisor in PDF format.<\/p>\n

Attach a Word document containing:<\/p>\n

o An abstract in Arabic and French or English.<\/p>\n

o Keywords.<\/p>\n

o The mandatory declaration of honor regarding adherence to academic integrity (available on the institute’s website).<\/p>\n

Second: Supervisor’s Role:<\/p>\n

The supervisor must send the file (thesis in PDF format + abstract + keywords) to the Library Director via the following email address: youssouf.lounnas@univ-msila.dz<\/p>\n

Important: Upon confirmation of the thesis submission, the student will automatically receive an electronic clearance certificate from the library. A period for collecting the final certificate will be determined later (follow the institute’s website for any updates).<\/p>\n
