In accordance with the regulations governing internships for professors and staff, effective this year, one of the key procedures being the advance payment of financial compensation (internship grant + flight ticket), professors and staff are required to do the following:<\/p>\n
1. Attach the visa to the internship application file for countries that require this document;<\/p>\n
2. Allow the administration sufficient time for processing the compensation before the applicant begins the currency exchange process and purchases the flight ticket (submit the application file at least one month before the internship date).<\/p>\n
3.
