The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has announced the opening of applications for its Master’s scholarship program (ABE Initiative) for employees under 40 years of age, starting April 1, 2027.<\/p>\n

Digital applications must be submitted to the online platform cruest2.univ-setif.dz no later than Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM, to allow for printing and submission to the relevant ministry before September 1, 2026.<\/p>\nAdvertisement <\/span><\/a>\n
