{"id":148363,"date":"2026-10-27T07:52:25","date_gmt":"2026-10-27T07:52:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.univ-msila.dz\/site\/?p=148363"},"modified":"2026-10-27T07:52:40","modified_gmt":"2026-10-27T07:52:40","slug":"scientific-seminar-on-cultural-and-film-industries","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.univ-msila.dz\/site\/scientific-seminar-on-cultural-and-film-industries\/","title":{"rendered":"Scientific Seminar on Cultural and Film Industries"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-path-to-node=\"1\">Today, Monday, October 26, 2026, the Department of Information and Communication Sciences at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of M&#8217;Sila, in coordination with the Communication and Society Laboratory, organized a scientific seminar on cultural and film industries at the laboratory premises.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2\">The seminar was led by professors from the department in the presence of students, interested attendees, and faculty members who delivered in-person presentations. It also saw wide participation, tracking, and engagement from a huge number of students\u2014mostly candidates preparing for doctoral entrance examinations\u2014from various Algerian universities across the east, center, west, and south of the country. The event witnessed great interaction from both attending students and those participating remotely via the online link.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">The presenting professors focused on several key themes:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"4\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Concepts related to cultural industries<\/b>, presented by Prof. Alaoua Faouzi.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The evolution of film industries: Concept and specificity<\/b>, presented by Prof. Djedi Kaddour.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Values and symbols in cultural industries: From the moral to the material dimension<\/b>, presented by Prof. Farzouli Mokhtar.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">A model on the role of the film industry in promoting the cultural and struggle heritage of Algerian society<\/b>, presented by Prof. Belabbas Abdelhamid.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,4,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4,4,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Techniques for answering doctoral exam questions: From knowledge to methodology<\/b>, presented by Prof. Berardi Naima.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Both the attending students and online participants expressed how much they benefited from this academic initiative.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\"><a
