The following questions were formulated and addressed: -What are the major characteristics of the (MPA) ? -Are there significant differences in diagnosed characteristics due to dif\u00adference in gender? The questionnaire form consisted of two parts. The first part cotained demographic questions; while the second part contained (20) items divided into three groups: one concerned with psychological character\u00adistics of the (MPA) , the other one concerned with social characteris\u00adtics, while the third concerned with professional characteristics. The Findings of the analysis indicated that social characteristics were ranked at the top and the academic characteristics, and the psychologi\u00adcal characteristics were rarked at end.
