Abstract: The organization is based on a set of values acquired by workers during socialization before it is based on a set of tools and scientific programs ,the organization can add value to its staff its characteristics, interests, policies and objectives, which define the character of the organization and distinguish it from other organizations, the need for the organization to draw attention to the structure of value and its sub-elements in its structure in the prevailing organizational culture is increasingly urgent in order to ensure the stability of human resources and the activation of all its constituent energies, since the crises faced by the organizations are the result of the lack of a socialization and standardization policy of effective organizational values in companies.
