The contracts should be signed by the contracting member (with the statement &#8220;I have read and agreed&#8221;) and endorsed by the project head.<\/p>\n<p>Note: Please fill out the contracts carefully and with accurate information. The sections highlighted in yellow are for administrative use only.<\/p>\n<p>Students are not required to sign contracts.<br \/>\nFor members from outside the faculty, please include the following:<br \/>\nCertificate of non-affiliation with any other research project + authorization to join the research project mentioned in the 2023 contract.<br \/>\nCertificate of not being on leave of absence, secondment, long-term sick leave, or long-term training during 2023.<br \/>\nCopy of the last promotion decision + a cancelled postal check.<br \/>\nFiles should be submitted to the office of the Deputy Dean in charge of scientific research.
