In accordance with Presidential Decree No. 21-392, issued by the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, which mandates the participation of all officials, employees, users, and workers at the national and local levels, as well as at diplomatic and consular representations abroad, a minute of silence was observed today, October 17, 2024, at 11:00 AM. The event took place in the courtyard of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Mohamed Boudiaf in M’Sila, in memory of the martyrs of the October 11, 1961 massacres. Long live Algeria.
