This program is intended for students enrolled in the second year of the Master’s degree in the current year 2024\/2025, who wish to pursue postgraduate studies in Russia.<\/p>\n

-A certificate of ranking during the first four years of study (a special form signed by the dean of the college),<\/p>\n
-A five-star certificate (a special form signed by the dean of the college).<\/p>\n
