Abstract :
The aim of this study was to reveal the positive impact of values and work ethics on the efficiency of administrative decision-making from the point of view of Islamic thought. This study has shown that values and work ethics are the driving force and guide for human behavior, and that administrative leaders are influenced by the values and ethics they believe, in the decision-making process. This affects every step of decision-making to reach the right and effective decision, especially when they are inspired from Islamic values and ethics.
