Abstract: This article aims to highlight the impact of administrative empowerment on job satisfaction, through studying the impact of its dimensions represented in: freedom and independence, communication and information sharing, self-work teams, influence and training, on job satisfaction at the plastic injection and blowing institution in Setif City, based on the questionnaire, which included 35 questions as a basic data collection tool, distributed to 31 respondents. The field study concluded that: The administrative empowerment is applied in the plastic injection and blowing institution, and that this institution is working to achieve a sense of acceptance and satisfaction of employees, and that administrative empowerment positively affects job satisfaction in the institution itself.
