Abstract: This study aims to highlight the role of psychological empowerment independence in the promotion of organizational citizenship behaviors among faculty members of the Faculty of Economic at the University of Bordj Bou Arreridj. We distributed 50 questionnaires, 47    of which were subject to processing Statistics.

The study found that the level of psychological empowerment of the teaching staff members is high, and their evaluation of the level of their behavior of organizational citizenship is also high. The study also found a significant and positive relationship between study variables.
