Abstract: The international scene has undergone several changes, affecting the productive enterprises - in general and SME's in particular - such as the digital transformation in the industrial field, known as the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Many industrialized countries have launched initiatives to help SME's benefit from digital transformation. The aim of the study is to try to answer questions about the implications of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on SME's. To what extent can SME's Egypt support economic and sustainable development in the light of global developments, the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the experiences of countries? . In order to benefit from the Egyptian situation, and support this sector.
