Abstract:

This study was conducted to investigate the impact of organizational trust dimensions (Coworker-Trust, Supervisor-Trust, Upper Management-Trust) in avoiding the phenomenon of organizational alienation of workers in the new Algerian laboratory of conserves “NCA”. The Data and information on research were collected through the design of a questionnaire that was distributed to a random sample of 132 workers. Using a number of statistical methods, the main findings of the research were the existence of a correlation between the dimensions of organizational confidence and the dimensions of organizational alienation, and the significant effect of all organizational confidence dimensions on organizational alienation in its dimensions.
