Abstract: Economic institutions operate in a fraught environment with a continuous change which touched all aspects of contemporary life. They are always required to continually seek change in business strategies and policies, introducing new technologies, changing employees attitudes, and adopting new methods to ensure their survival, competitiveness and adaptation to the surrounding environment. In this paper, we have shown that technological change places more pressure on the cultural patterns of economic institutions, especially as these patterns tend to be more stable  than technological patterns. Therefore, the organization that wants to continue, progress and succeed must adjust its organizational culture to accept this huge and accelerating technological change.
