Abstract: This study aimed to highlight the role of elements of excellence management according to the European model of excellence (EFQM) in the development of differentiation for Almarai Company in Saudi Arabia, The study concluded that there is an effective and strong role for these elements, especially those related to the operations in the company as well as the rest of the elements in terms of leadership and performance evaluation,The study recommended the need to adopt more global models to build an integrated management system in addition to the adoption of several other strategies and mechanisms to crystallize the overall institutional excellence.
