Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to highlight the impact of information systems on governance, through the search in ERP (enterprise resources planning) due to its recent implementation in the Algerian enterprises. We used the descriptive approach to review the literature and previous studies related to the subject in addition to the analytical approach to analyze the data collected through the distribution of(120)questionnaires to many enterprise using the ERP. The results from the SPSS (IBM26) program showed a statistically significant correlation between the two variables.
