Abstract:

This study sought to highlight the concept of sustainable cities, and to identify opportunities

to build sustainabe cities socially, economically and environmentally for present and future generations. This study showed that the cities fast growth led a steady increase in number of big cities, that cause difficulty to achieving sustainable development without modifying  how to build and manage the cities urban spaces, which urged the countries to set new goals for all by mobilizing efforts to building sustainable cities and communities.
