Abstract :
According to the law 17-10 that amended and completed the law of monetary and loan, Algeria adopted unconventional financing to face the lack of finance resources and to cover the budget deficit. According to this case,this study aims at showing the impact of this procedure on the efficiency of the monetary policy in Algeria.This study concludes that this kind of financing has negative effects on the performance and the efficiency of the monetary policy if its application is not accompanied by financial and economical reforms according to determined schedules.
