Abstract:
Algeria worked through many development plans aimed at developing the agricultural sector as a strategic sector, starting from the activation of the role of local agricultural finance, and the study concluded that the participation formula is the pillar of Islamic finance and its basis as it distributes risks and gives more efficiency to the financing process. The study recommended the necessity of paying more attention to the rules of Islamic finance through the different forms it proposes.
