Abstract:
Use of information and communication technologies
(ICT) becomes widespread progressively in all humans
activities. Even if the adoption level of those
technologies varies from one country to another.
Alteration in lifestyles, the most innovative and
affordable technologies, the appearance of new
economic models and changes of needs and expectation
of the client jostle the banking activities. The banking
revolution is working on. From the traditional cash desk
to the online banks, banking distribution model is
operating its transformation. The customer oriented
banks becomes interactive. The ICT, especially web
technologies, speed up the development of new uses,
such as using mobile phones to do banking operations. In
Algeria many banks use ICT which will allows banks
customer to get advantage of many banking
presentations thus, allows them to choose in live and
with less costs, desired products and services on adapted
channels for its needs
