Abstract
We aim with this study to investigate on the virtuous
nature of relations between managers/employees.
The study was conducted in two phases; the first is
to assess individual and interpersonal managers’
ethics. The second part is to wonder about the
values most requested by employees with their
managers. This study was conducted in a large agrofood
company in the region of Bejaia (Algeria).
