Abstract:
Municipalities today are called to improve their performance to better serve their citizens. One of the key
elements of municipal performance is personnel management. Indeed, it is the staff that is responsible for
performing the various tasks of the municipality and it is who reflects his image. It is therefore essential to
ensure good staff management, to improve the performance of municipalities on the one hand and satisfy
citizens on the other. The objective of our research is to know how the communal staff is managed and if the
management mode of this staff is oriented performance.
