L’apport du dispositif ANGEM dans la promotion de l’entrepreneuriat féminin dans la wilaya de Tizi-Ouzou

Abstract:
The aim of this article is to analyze the contribution of the ANGEM device in the promotion of female
entrepreneurship in Tizi-Ouzou. For this prupose, we mobilized a qualitative field survey through semidirective
interviews with a sample of 15 women beneficiaries of the ANGEM system. The results of our
study show that the impact of this device on female entrepreneurship in Tizi-Ouzou is only small. Indeed,
this one promotes a feminine entrepreneurship of necessity and the accompaniment which it grants accuses
of some insufficiencies on all the phases punctuating the creation of companies (post-creation and precreation).
