Abstract:
The recruitment policy of Algerian public companies creates many risks that threaten the
achievement of global objectives. At this level, recruitment risk management plays a key role
in preventing and fighting against recruitment failures and mistakes, and to do so, it must be
an integral part of the overall strategy of the company.The objective of this research is to try
to identify all the risks related to recruitment as well as the strategies of their mastery in the
Algerian public company, see the ENIEM and that through the test of the establishment of a
risk mapping recruitment.
