Le transport, un secteur clé pour le maillage en réseau des villes intermédiaires Cas de la wilaya de Tizi-Ouzou

Abstract:
In this paper, we were focused on intermediate cities and the need to appreciate the
importance of their role in reducing spatial disparities and imbalances through their role as a
link and intermediary between urban and rural areas. Through this paper, we have attempted
to demonstrate that, with a performant transport system, the intermediate cities of the wilaya
of Tizi-Ouzou would succeed in reducing territorial disparities between urban centers and
rural areas through the population flow generated by the availability of transport and socioeconomic
facilities in the intermediate cities.
