Les dispositifs d’aide à la création des entreprises et conditions d’émergence d’une dynamique entrepreneuriale de filière : illustration par la filière lait dans la wilaya de Tizi-Ouzou

Abstract:
Since independence until today, Algerian agriculture has undergone a deep restructuring to from an
entrepreneurial state to reach the emergence of private initiative. This article tries to answer the
question of the part taken by National Youth Employment Support Agency (ANSEJ) of Tizi-Ouzou
in creating an agricultural entrepreneurial dynamics of the sector. Two indicators are taken; the first
is a quantitative: consist on the number of project holders in the milk which are financed, compared
to other sectors, the second indicator is qualitative and consist in seeing the nature of these
exploitations and how the entrepreneurial profile can be activated by this device.
