Abstract:
The purpose of our article is to understand the issue of creating competitive advantage from the human
resource by highlighting the role of knowledge management in its strengthening and sustainability. To do
this, we conducted a literature review related to the three study variables namely competitive advantage,
human resource and knowledge management. This research allowed us to arrive at the results according to
which the competitive advantage stimulated by the human resource in a company is reinforced by the
knowledge management; the latter acts through the capitalization, transfer and updating of knowledge.
