Summary
The objective of this contribution is to plan the
production within the public company Alcost de Bejaia
and this through the optimization of its variable cost. To
do this, we have developed a linear program, according to
the data of the company surveyed. The program was
realized using the "storm" software.
The resolution of our program allowed us to realize an
optimal plan that gives the company a minimum variable
cost. The analysis of these results allowed us to give
recommendations to the company surveyed to improve its
performance.
