The Vice Dean in Charge of Academic Affairs and Student-Related Issues is responsible for the following tasks:

  • Managing and following up on the registration of students.

  • Following up on educational activities and taking or proposing any action to improve them.

  • Keeping the nominal and statistical list of students.

  • Collecting, processing and publishing pedagogical information for the benefit of students.

Duties of the Vice Dean in charge of Postgraduate Studies, Scientific Research and External Relations:
  • Follow-up of post-graduate entrance exams.
  • Take or propose the necessary measures to ensure the progress of post-graduate training.
  • Monitor the progress of the discussion of post-graduate theses and dissertations.
  • Proceedings of scientific research activities.
  • Initiate partnership work with social and economic sectors.
  • Initiate work to activate and support cooperation between national and international universities.
  • Implement programs to improve the level of professors and update their information.
  • Follow-up of the progress of the college’s scientific council and maintain its archives.
The interests of the Vice-Deanship in charge of post-graduate studies, scientific research and external relations:

1- The Scientific Research Activities Follow-up Department: Its tasks are summarized as follows:

    • Implementing programs to improve the level of professors and update their information.
    • Following up on the progress of scientific research activities.
    • Following up on the progress of the college’s scientific council and preserving its archives.

2- The Department of Cooperation and Foreign Relations: Its tasks are summarized as follows:

    • Initiating partnership work with social and economic sectors.
    • Initiating work to activate and support cooperation between national and international universities.

3- Post-graduation training follow-up service: Its tasks are summarized as follows:

  • Organizing post-graduation competitions.
  • Following up on the progress of post-graduation entrance exams.
  • Taking or proposing the necessary measures to ensure the progress of post-graduation training.
  • Ensuring the progress of the discussion of post-graduation notes and theses

General Secretariat

According to the joint ministerial decision dated: 2004, specifying the administrative organization of the university directorate, college, institute, university annex and their common interests, the general secretariat of the college is responsible for the following:

  • Preparing the draft human resources management plan for the college and ensuring its implementation.
  • Managing the career path of the college’s employees.
  • Ensuring the management and preservation of the college’s archives and documentation.
  • Preparing the draft college budget and ensuring its implementation.
  • Promoting scientific, cultural and sports activities for the benefit of students in coordination with the relevant bodies of the university’s directorate.
  • Managing the college’s movable and immovable means and ensuring their maintenance.
  • Ensuring the implementation of the college’s internal security plan.

In order to be able to carry out its tasks, the General Secretariat of the College includes several departments, which are:
