
A Successful Information Day on the Irrigation Specialty
Speeches were also delivered by the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Djerrad Abdelkader; the Head of the Irrigation Department, Professor Jomaiyat Jamal Eddine; and the Vice-Dean in charge of Pedagogy, Professor Baali El Aid. They highlighted the importance of the Irrigation specialty, its future prospects, and its vital role in achieving water security and sustainable development.
This event witnessed the distinguished participation of several key institutions and organizations operating in the water resources sector, including:
- Maghreb Pipe Industries
- National Office of Sanitation – M’sila Unit (Office National de l’Assainissement)
- National Authority for Technical Control of Irrigation Construction
- National Institute for Equipment Development (INPE)
This Information Day provided a valuable opportunity to showcase the Irrigation specialty from both its academic and practical perspectives, while highlighting its career prospects and employment opportunities. It also enabled students to discover the latest equipment and technologies used in the field.
