The center of pedagogical vigilance at Mohamed Boudiaf University –M’sila has organized a national conference on pressures « Be vigilant of the psychological and professional pressures ».
On Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at nine o’clock (09:00) in amphitheater, Abd El Madjid Alahoum, Muhammad Boudiaf University, where a group of professors from different universities of the country and PhD students attended this event. Professor Diaf Zineddine, the head of the Pedagogical Vigilance Center welcomed all the presence especially the President of the University, Professor Kamal Badari, and the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Mr. Amar Amor. The head of the center confirmed that psychological and professional pressures became the number one factor leading to death due to the negative effects of the pressures that required treatment. The dean considered that the case needs to be studied and scrutinized to mitigate its effects, while the university president, upon his official announcement to the conference, valuated the scientific treatment of various kinds of pressures, confirming that one of the goals of the university’s project is to attempt to create a pleasant and convenient atmosphere free from tension and pressure within the university.One of the objectives of this conference is to identify the pressures and the nature of psychological and professional pressures to know the causes of professional and psychological pressures in order to control the diagnostic, which facilitates the development of strategies to cope with the psychological and professional pressures (psychological therapy techniques, relaxation, meditation, sport exercises, self-knowledge … etc). After the interventions presented by the invited professors, a relaxing session was carried out in the workplace as a strategy to cope with the pressures by the psychological assistance center manager, Dr. Boualaga Fatima Al-Zohra. At the end, the participants from all the universities in the country were honored, and the Center of Vigilance promised them to collect all the valuable presentations in a collective book to be placed at the disposal of students and researchers.
